Excellent!

This is the best of their products that I have tried. While other products of theirs don’t work to sleep, this one is great! According to the fitness tracker, I get 90-120 mins of deep sleep right after hitting bed. Without pills it was spread all over the night and just 60 mins. So I'd say it does it's job for me. I have problems falling and staying asleep. Just 1 of the recommended 1-2 pill dosage helps me with falling and staying asleep for around 8 hours quickly. I highly recommend it.

I have always found it difficult to fall and stay asleep. I tried many many products and methods that did nothing. The Melatonin + L-theanine + 5-HTP from Webber somewhat helped, but nothing like this product. This really works, every time. I only take one caplet, which is half the recommended dosage, and go to bed 30 to 60 minutes later. The quality ingredients put me out rapidly, no overthinking and turning around in bed for hours. I am now trying to go to bed earlier, however, because or else I wake up drowsy in the morning (if I did not have time to sleep in). This is because I am used to go to bed very late (as I usually don’t sleep…) So it has been very beneficial for me. The pill is a little large in size, but it is manageable.

This is a product which came in a very good price . I had no side effects using it but no "great results" also. It contains melatonin which helps to begin sleeping but my sleeping problem is of different nature and not solved , so far, by any kind of supplements . To be specific: last 7 years I suffer from "early awakenings". This means that I get up after 3 ,mostly 5, hours of sleep and then it's impossible to fall asleep again. Most psychiatrists are saying: "depression", others are saying : "stress which drives to depression". I am trying all kind of supplements (trying to avoid anti-depressant drugs), always from trustful companies. Melatonin (which helps starting to sleep) , magnesium (bi) glysinate, magnesium threonate, Valeriana, L-Theanine etc. etc. ... Nothing was "good enough"... Maybe this product works well for "lighter " cases than mine.
