My go-to!

This has been my go-to TMG for years now. I love the 240 tab size, as during times of stress (and lets face it the last few years haven't been easy) I go through a lot of this stuff when undermethylating (it's an excellent methyl-buffer and sleep-aid). Source Naturals products are always excellent quality. These TMG capsules are large but have a good slippery coating that makes them easy to swallow. They're also easy enough to break in half just with my fingers if I want o take a half-dose. AS with all TMG, always be sure to make sure the lid is done up super tight as it's super hydroscopic and the tablets will swell and fall apart if exposed to air for too long.
