I like that this comes in coconut oil although I couldn't taste it. I have heard that coconut oil is good for dementia. The softgel packaging makes it easy for seniors to swallow it. Regarding the effects, I feel no difference taking or not taking this supplement. Maybe it is still early to conclude but I feel this is a quality product. Maybe needs more time to feel the benefits.

There are so many brands out there and SR is definitely not the cheapest brand but i trust the quality and formulation of this item.
