It is just so good I wanted to order more however it is currently out of tock therefore I ordered Dr Mercolas's organic broccoli caps instead. Will come back to this as I need to suppress my oestrogen levels due to my medical condition. Drink a spoonful in water. for me it tastes not too bad and the benefit is worth any doubt about the taste. The quality is really good being organic, freeze dried and USA certified.

I have a hard time getting done broccoli and kale in their normal form due to a swallowing disorder. This product has been a lifesaver!! I love that I don't have to puree things anymore. I can just use this mix and get all my nutrients. I can't rave enough about this item and this company!

Highly recommend this product. Tastes fresh. It's got a natural subtle horseradish kind of heat to it. The way I use it is to sprinkle it raw onto cooked meals such as rice, noodles, pasta to not cook out the benefits of the sprouts.
