Took 1.5 bottles to see results. I take 1 cap per day with other supps incl 100mg Deltagold since starting at the same time as GG. Mid 50's, I stopped taking CoQ10 years ago as it overhyped me, both the quinolone and quinolone versions. 'GG' works better for me. It feels like a powerful but subtle mental and physical energy drive without stimulation. No coffee needed. Seems to build up the health benefits over a month or 2 but definitely a feeling of get up and go like in my 20's. I do mega dose MK4 though also. I know what part GG is playing here... If I take 2 caps per day a few hours apart I feel a little 'pushed'..'zippy' mentally. Mega dosing (but spread over the day) MK4 feels like my body is more physically present, more conscious. Refreshing even. But... GG is the best of them if I were to choose only 1 out of these fat soluble supps. Its on my essential top 5 now. 2026 UPDATE: I still take it every morning (150mg for 2 years almost) and my muscle mass has increased without doing anything. Slightly, but noticeable, more ripped looking and I find it hard to put on fat no matter how much wholefoods(only) I eat in my mid 50's. Geranylgeraniol (GG-Gold) is a key nutrient in the mevalonate pathway, the metabolic system responsible for producing cholesterol-derived compounds essential for cellular health. Research suggests geranylgeraniol may support steroidogenesis, the process through which the body produces hormones such as androgens, by helping regulate proteins that transport cholesterol into the mitochondria—the first and rate-limiting step in hormone synthesis. Through this mechanism, GG-Gold may help support optimal hormone signaling, mitochondrial function, and metabolic balance. I also eat NZ Beef heart daily which supplies about 30-40mg CoQ10 naturally, without stimulation. Btw, pastured beef heart is very high in heme iron so I eat NZ 18 month old cheddar cheese (using real rennet and contains 10-12mg spermidine naturally) to reduce heme iron absorption as dairy is the only thing that can in any meaningful way. Many things can reduce non-heme iron but dairy products are effective for reducing animal sourced iron. Also, I cycled 150mg Tocotrienols and 100iu of mixed natural Tocopherols every 2nd day for a while. I will soon drop Tocotrienols as it is really NOT a form of vitamin E but an antioxidant in general and I take plenty of those and I have no joint issues.
