It’s my second order of this créatine. It does not effect digestion, I take it on empty stomach sometimes. Mix it with cold water and drink immediately. It’s recommended to take it within 30 minutes after workout, right after it is the best. The muscle response is much better when I take créatine. Also I can lift heavier when I take it.
