This is great for people who have issues with their esophagus/ swallowing as it melts in the mouth. It is also very strong and has no sugar which is pretty awesome. If you have upper digestive issues/ esophagus then I can't recommend Melatonin enough, especially this one. There have been many studies on the topic if you wanna google them. Will defo buy again.

The tiny sized tablet disolves very quickly and it doesn't have a flavour ingredient added. I've tried larger Melatonin dosages at 20mg & and 25mg, but I always come back to this one when it's in stock as it is a quality product.

The product melts right away, but it does not taste good at all. I usually combine it with a instant dissolve dry mouth pill and it makes it more palatable. I like that it does not have any questionable ingredients and the quality is acceptable.
