Quality wise- the patch is good quality, I did not get skin rash from the sticker and it was pretty comfortable to sleep with it. I just wish I have more consistent effect with sleep when I put the patch on!

I bought this for my mum, to sleep better. I'll ask her if the patches have had an effect for her sleep after she used it for a while. Theoreticaly, the dosage and the ingredient are good, but after a few tries I think we can find out if these patches have some effect to induce faster sleep. Update 1: My mum used these patches for 3 days now and she said she feels slightly calm and peacefull. She took, in addition, magnesium powder mixed in water (I bought for her from iHerb too: California Gold Nutrition, Mellow Mag- Swanson and Magnesium Citrate from Natural Factors, Stess-Relax). I'll intend to buy them in the future.
