I have regular blood tests and take DIM (Diindolylmethane ) as a way to help moderate oestradiol levels. Oestradiol is the principle active form of oestrogen. Since regular doses I have had positive improvement in my oestradiol levels from 134pmol/L to 103 pmol/ L over a two year period and 5 blood tests my results have trended to mid range. I would prefer a less expensive option but have found contrary ingredients in cheaper brands so now stick with Thorne. Please carefully compare all ingredients and strength before purchase. I think you will find Thorne is the best.
