The texture is nothing I've seen before, a bit sticky in the bottle and rich, however not sticky on the skin and well absorbed. It also comes as a pump which is hygienic and easy to use. this is one of my favourite moisturisers. it's very affordable and it's thick and moisturising and works really well for dehydrated skin. i thought it was as good as a $150 moisturiser i was buying called wake up call. it all smells nice a bit like custard. when you first put it on your hands tap it between your fingers to get it stringy and then tap on your face which activates it and gets the egg proteins working properly (apparently). i use it at night because my skin is quite oily so it's too much for during the day but it doesn't make me break out and it's great for rehydrating.

Being "firming" infer it is for mature skin but my teenage daughter loves this as a night moisturizer. She has occasional breakouts and this has not cause it to be worse. In fact, it makes her face smooth and clear. Easily absorbed and seems to make skin glows in the morning. Wish it wasn't so expensive.
