Great product. I am using it as a pre-workout before a crossfit workout. Also before cardio running or boxing, it is good in combination with l carnitine. It is giving good and clean energy for more than 1 hour. I am using usually 3 pills before a workout if it is a harder workout I am taking 6. Maxiumum 9 per day. I chose these because they are from beef and I am intolerant of lactose, milk products, and eggs.No any side effects on the stomach. Greta product for weightlifting. Recommended for anyone who has a problems with lactose and other products. Gaining some muscle weights which is not obstructing a workout.
Much better than a whey version which I react badly to. No stuffiness and no breakouts so definite win. Pills are big and I wish they contained more protein. Also wish they were grassfed but beef aminos were hard to find as it is so this is the best I've found so far.
