Great product recommended by my Natropathic doctor to address adrenal issues I have had for years. I’ve noticed that I am slowly having an increase in energy. But my greatest benefit is in my mood. I don’t have drastic mood swings like I used to before taking Adrenal Assist. The price is a little high, but worth it if you have severe adrenal issues you need to address.

My adrenals were definitely shot after this year. Two operations and a lot of stress. I took this to support my adrenals, as my energy had slumped and I believe stress took its toll. Stress can be physical chemical or emotional, but prolonged stress is really depleting on the body, particularly your adrenals. Great product and contains the right dosage of vitamins for energy and adrenal function.

Been taking this for a year now. I've moved to take 1 - 2 capsules a day. The recommended 3 initially gives me palpitations, so I opted for a slower, everyday release. Vegan capsules and great as a supplement.

I have been using this in conjunction with "Gaia 'Adrenal Assist' Nightly Restore" for a few months now and was able to successfully stop taking Hydrocortisone, for poor adrenal function, for the first time in over eight years. I can't be sure that it was due to these two products but, along with focusing on gut health, they were the only changes I made during this time. In the past I have unsuccessfully tried to wean from Hydrocortisone, only to experience severe symptoms of low adrenal function. I have now been off the HC for nearly five months and feeling good and finally exercising again!!

Very good product and very balanced blend. I notice it when I do not take it. Especially in combination with other adrenal supporting products, like natural adrenal glandular extracts, it is noticable how it eases the mood and the mind. My adrenal glands are getting rejuvenated quite clearly after taking this for two years now. I feel better rested, less anxious and overall in a better mood.

Didn’t feel this brand worked for me but I’m sure it does with others everyone is different.
