I definitely I recommend my kids are at the age of 3 and 6 usually with the start of schoom year and season change they get sick badly, I have started giving them these gummies which they think its a candy, anyhow it has improved thier immunity and I can tell that by the last time they got sick thank god they only had runny nose with no caugh or fever which usually its not the case that's why I wrote this review as I saw the effect of it. also they were around sick kids but they havent cought any from them which validates that this has benefited my kids the quantity i give them is when they are sick for my 6 years old 2 but on other day just 1 per day and my other 3 years old I give her every other day I love this brand I definitely recommend

This product has (in 1.5 months) improved my bloodwork so much that my physician wants me to bring in the empty bottle so she can share it with her other patients.
