My son, who has issues with sleep. Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep and the overall quality of sleep. Melatonin only provides some relief and for some reason the effectiveness is very dependent on the manufacturer. This product has a formula very different from other sleep supplements: Magnesium Hydroxide, which has been found to improve sleep. the digestive blend, the Bacillus Subtilis is interesting as it's been found to survive the stomach environment and once in intestines it forms spores and in able to colonize the gut. The spores are capable of then producing different strains, as needed so can normalize the gut bacteria. Then the sleep blend containing patented tart cherry-skin and pulp powder. Tart cherry juice has been found to improve sleep and is beneficial as anti inflammatory, plus traditional valerian and not so traditional kiwi fruit. I found the ingredients interesting so decided to give it a try. My son found it does improve the quality of sleep. It's his second bottle. I bought Zenwise Sleep without melatonin because my son likes to "castomise" the melatonin dose himself. He prefers low dose. He adds Sleep Calm for kids by Natrol, 1 gummy, or Melatonin Plus 5-htp by Irvin Naturals and he is happy with the results. The capsule form is preferred to tablets - no need for tableting mass that may impair absorption and add unnecessary ingredients. I fall asleep quite easily after this, I do like it quite a bit. Not sure, I haven’t experienced falling asleep easily yet. I will update again in a month

I’ve been having insomnia and sleep disruption. Sometimes I have a hard time falling asleep, and I wake up multiple times in the middle of the night and would find it hard to fall asleep again. I’ve tried this product for the past one week, taking 2 capsules before sleep. I got to say it didn’t really work, and my sleep disruption still remains. I don’t see any improvement, not even the slightest.
