I am very happy with this supplement. Reasonable price and convenient size is what I need. I took biotin for a month, one tablet a day. A couple of weeks after taking it, the condition of the hair and skin improved, the skin became less dry and the hair more manageable. My nails are in good condition, but there was a white spot on one of them, which disappeared. Perhaps thanks to biotin. I loved this supplement and would buy it again when this pack runs out. The order was delivered very quickly and free of charge - in a few days my package was already in Ukraine. These tablets seemed to me tasteless and did not cause any discomfort.
