I have used this 3mg melatonin for several months, but it just occured to me to look for a time release version. Natrol makes this, so I will be trying that next time. I started off with this melatonin by buying the smaller amount of tablets first. Then I bought this larger size (240 tablets). I poured the tablets into the first, smaller bottle because it took up less space on my shelf. Guess what? All of the tablets fit into the smaller bottle! Anyway, These tablets are not easy to swallow like capsules, they are dry and it can take a few gulps to swallow completely. So if you have trouble with these kinds of tablets, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
