This is a good brand. I bought it for my teen who has MTHFR C667T and slow comt. I'm starting them off slow by opening the capsule and giving only 1/2 pill into a glass of orange juice, along with B12 supplement separately (I have the same mutations and 1,000mg or more makes me feel crazy). I wish the dose was available lower.
