Immune-Boosting Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar Immune System Booster
- 2 cups of hot water
- 2 or 3 Chamomile Herbal Tea Bags
- 1 oz. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Tbls. Raw Honey
- Steep the tea in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Pour the tea into a large jar.
- Add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and honey.
- Stir to blend well.
This drink can be consumed all at once, sipped through the day, or kept in the refrigerator for up to a week.
